Tina Nelson, director of sales and marketing, Sunrich Food Group, Hope, MN, has been appointed president of the Soyfoods Association of North A­merica (SANA). In her new role, Ms. Nelson will lead the association’s efforts to educate consumers about the health benefits associated with the integration of soyfoods into the daily diet.
